About the Fund
Why This Scholarship Exists
The Play Like Lizzie Scholarship Fund was created to honor Elizabeth's love for the game. She played with joy, commitment, and a team-first attitude. This scholarship supports female players who share those same qualities — and who need financial help to keep playing.
We partner with local clubs and community organizations to ensure funds are distributed responsibly. Donations are tax-deductible and can cover club fees, uniforms, and tournament costs directly.

per scholarship recipient
Up to 20 recipients awarded per year, depending on need

Does the player play with joy and genuine passion for soccer?
Coachability & Effort
Does she work hard every day and embrace feedback from coaches?

Does she lift her teammates, play selflessly, and make the team better?
Financial Need
Would this scholarship meaningfully impact her family's ability to participate?
